Tree<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choosing the <strong>right ESG-related key performance indicators (KPIs) is not much different from choosing the right financial metrics.<\/strong> The main difference is that will enable you to create a more comprehensive and detailed &#8222;value drivers tree.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another challenge is creating comparable metrics that will allow you to consolidate !important}<\/style><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We share 4 steps to simplify this process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decide how to measure each of the selected metrics in quantitative values;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set a performance range for each metric;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recalculate the data so that they all fit into the 1-5 or 1-10 scale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summarize the results across
