The first Fantastiko retail chain store was opened in 1991 in the city of Sofia. Since then, the family-owned company has grown to 42 supermarkets which number grows annually. The business areas of the organization include management and development of retail stores, warehouse and logistics processes, a catering agency and an entertainment centre.

Project description

For the project's purposes, Balkan Services builds a fundamental framework for a BI application to be developed by the client. The designed system automates the processes of reporting, analyzing and monitoring on activities related to retail orders and sales.

Balkan Services provides the following services:

• Qlik Sense installation and configuration;
• Specialized training for the client’s system developers;
• Building of the BI system architecture;
• Creating a model application with basic data for sales at retail stores;
• Step-by-step audits, consultations and recommendations for improving the system developed by the client, as well as guidelines for resolving more complex issues.
