The consulting company Balkan Services has completed the implementation of the system Atlantis ERP in the first British store chain for clothing and accessories Debenhams in Bulgaria. It is located in the recently opened Bulgaria Mall and offers clients a diverse range of products of different brands. Implemented and maintained by Balkan Services, the Atlantis ERP system fully meets the highest standards of the store chain. It automatically integrates large amounts of data on various items, pricing, packaging, codes and others, from Debenhams UK to representatives of the brand in Bulgaria.
The system supports all commercial pricing and promotional offers of the shop (Multi purchase offers), such as Buy one get one at half price, Buy 3 Pay for 2, and it also supports loyalty cards and vouchers for discounts. The next step would be implementation of Atlantis ERP in Croatia and Serbia. Besides the implementation of the Atlantis ERP system, Balkan Services is engaged in technical installation in the store, situated on three floors, including the complete building of T infrastructure, from servers to wireless system Access points, over an area of 2800 sq. meters.
For maximum convenience to customers and staff, Touchscreen POS devices are installed on cash registers, making shopping even more enjoyable.
