To achieve the tasks mentioned above, the Management Board of Balkan Services Ltd engages with an active and purposeful policy in the following areas:

- Carrying out an innovative policy aimed at increasing process reliability and quality of service;

- Constant training of employees, introduction of new technologies in the company and achieving partnerships with leading companies on a global level;
- Ensuring business process continuity through planning of preventive measures and additional capacity;
- Efforts to minimize the environmental impact derived from business processes of the organization;
- Effective waste management, which includes the separate collection and transmission to competent authorities for recycling.
To achieve the above objectives Balkan Services Ltd has implemented an integrated management system in accordance with standards BS EN ISO 9001:2015, BS EN ISO 27001:2013, BS EN ISO 20000-1:2011 and BS EN ISO 14001:2015.
The Management Board of Balkan Services Ltd ensures that the exposed management policy is known by all employees and external service providers, and that they understand its meaning and significance and strive to fulfill their tasks in accordance with these principles.
