Analyzing business processes and create BRD;
Create users test case scenarios;
Create Acceptance procedures for quality testing (UAT);
Prioritize performance tasks for every business process;
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the NetSuite platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript;
Create configuration changes to fields, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards;
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy application extensions using system API and 3rd party tools, with a mind-set of long term scalability and support;
Install and configure SuiteBundles;
Manage data migration from legacy systems via import templates;
Design Dashboards and Centers;
Design KPIs, Charts and Reminders;
Create Saved Searches, Reports and Analytics Workbook;
Transfer new objects from Sandbox to Production.
Maintain “Change Log”;
Stay up to date/Optimization of the System: modify scripts, workflows, SuiteBundles, reports, custom forms etc.;
Communication with NetSuite, analyze efficiency and propose optimization/changes in NetSuite Contract;
Support NetSuite new releases and product roadmap including tests in Release Preview environment;
Ensure that all current functionalities and processes are compliant with each new NetSuite Release (Release Preview tests);
Manage communication in NetSuite User Groups;
Report and escalate appropriately cases that needs to be discussed to NetSuite Customer Support;
Analyze changes in business processes, create documentation and plan for NetSuite optimization;
Support existing integration with third-party applications.
