Hipoland

Hippoland AD is a Bulgarian chain of hypermarkets for goods for children and babies, established in 2005. Today it is the largest chain of children's hypermarkets in the country, with 24 stores in the country, as it is likely for that number to increase. Its mission is to give parents the widest choice of high-quality goods for their children. Hippoland offers everything necessary for raising children from birth to 10-12 years of age. The chain works with over 150 companies, established manufacturers of Bulgarian and imported children's goods.

ERP

The project includes integration of the Atlantis ERP system with the Detelina POS system used so far and with the Omex POS system, as well as integration of the Qlik business intelligence solution. Atlantis ERP serves all main business processes in Hippoland: financial management, retail sales management, fixed assets management, providing services. Atlantis ERP provides communication between all structural units of the company, eliminates errors, reduces costs, standardizes and accelerates business processes. Atlantis is centralized with a single database that is constantly synchronized with the POS terminals in the Hippoland stores.

Business Intelligence

The Business Intelligence project implemented with the Qlik technology provides quick and easy access of the management to a large volume of data. The system extracts data from various sources and provides a systematic analysis of the company’s overall activity by various indicators. Multiple statements as per the client's sample are offered as well as opportunities for a dynamic change of these statements using filters, changing predefined dimensions, adding new ones, pivoting, exporting in different formats, etc. The analyzes are expressed in terms of various key indicators, such as: margin and profit, MTD (Month to Day), YTD (Year to Day) comparisons, comparison of the current performance with similar historical period, performance comparisons against set goals, hourly sales analysis, as well as promotion analysis, etc. The solution also allows the usage of historical sales information, accumulated in the system used so far, from receipts level, together with information on the complete product characteristics, such as groups, brands, supplier, price lists, etc.
