Implementation of a CRM solution

Project description:

Achieving full automation of the ordering process and minimizing the possibility of human errors through a mobile device of sales reps in a predefined route. Sales reps can plan the number of their visits. There is a possibility to analyze the competition and to optimize the performance. The implemented solution produced a detailed reference of all the activities performed by the sales reps and that provided a full market picture and the possibility to observe and analyze.

For the realization of the project, the mobile app and the ERP system of the company's main distributor in Bulgaria were connected through a connector. The correctness of information is guaranteed also by the possibility to take pictures when visiting a site.
