Soft1 ERP implementation project 


"Viplast" AD is a fast-growing manufacturer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films and a recycler of PET packaging and films. The company's products are widely used in both the food and non-food industries such as cosmetics, electronics, toys, trays, folding boxes, catering packaging, etc.


Balkan Services implemented in Viplast AD the cloud version of the Soft1 ERP with its main modules: sales; purchasing; accounting. Due to the specifics of the company's activity, the module "Production" was also implemented.

Project description

The system also covers the specific process of customer quotation and a refinement has been made in the "Sales" module according to the know-how of Viplast, which includes the customer service process.

The implemented Soft1 ERP cloud solution covers all key business processes in the company - from customer quotation, through material supply, production, finished product grading, dispatch, and receipt of payment from the customer.

A specific functionality for transport requests has been built, through which logistics companies can give quotes for the transport price.

For management's convenience, an "S360" module has been set up that allows both important reports to be viewed via a mobile app and orders to be entered and approved.
