Balkan Services' client

We met with great understanding from the Balkan Services team and a very quick response from them. They assisted us in every way to get each operation done correctly and reported in the ERP system as it should be, so that we have a complete picture of what is happening at the moment, in real time. And in the end, that was the main mission of the project.”

Vitagrain BG

Vitagrain is one of the leaders in the export of grain and oilseed crops, with nearly 20 years of experience in the field. Тhe company has three modern granaries - in General Toshevo, Svishtov and the village of Skalitsa.

ERP

The ERP system Atlantis ERP has been implemented in the company, which tracks deliveries, invoicing, payables and receivables of Vitagrain.

Before the last joint project, the company used two more specialized software - one for measuring the weight of the trucks loaded with grain, and another - for laboratory analyzes of delivered goods. Data from them is manually entered into the ERP system, which takes a lot of time and resources.

Working with different software at the same time carries the risk of errors and data discrepancies.

In 2022, a complex project was implemented to upgrade the existing ERP system, through which the information about the measured grain from the scales in the Vitagrain bases is directly connected to the laboratories.

This process was carried out with two integrations of the ERP system - one with a laboratory device and the other with a scale software, as a result of which the employees will work with one software only in the future instead of three.
