In the business world and the field of HR there are several words which draw your attention immediately—engagement, innovation, productivity, entrepreneurship.

Globally, business owners face increasingly competitive environment and lower level of people's engagement. Statistics show that hardly 30% of employees feel engaged. At the same time, companies invest huge amounts of money in training, activities to motivate and retain people.

In 2014, a book called "Reinventing organizations" by Frederic Laloux, set a precedent by presenting convincing evidence about companies, which are an alternative to the traditional hierarchical model and achieve remarkable and sustainable business results. Inspired by the book and their acquaintances with managers, who successfully implement innovations in the way they create and organize their companies, Bilyana Georgieva of InSpiral, Zornitsa Nikolova of Leanify and Tanya Boyadzhieva of TAB-Neo-management are organizing a forum titled "Reinventing organizations: it's time to transform the way we work together". The event will take place on 12 October 2016 at Expo Hotel, Sofia.

You will have the opportunity to hear the stories of some of the people mentioned in the book—Jos de Blok of Buurtzorg, the Netherlands; Susan Basterfield of EnSpiral—a global network launched in New Zealand; as well as inspiring Bulgarian examples—Damyan Damyanov of UniComs and Marin Petrov of Hack and Paint—and to feel the spirit of the new wave, which is about to change the way we work together.

The organizing team and Balkan Services, as a partner, believe that a new organization type is needed. Organizations which support people to find their motivation through work and live happier lives. One of the event's goals is to establish a community, which is to change organizations and contribute to a better future in Bulgaria.
