The American company Qlik (NASDAQ: QLIK), supplier of the Business Intelligence solutions Qlik View and Qlik Sense announced that the company would be taken over by the investment company Thoma Bravo. The news was announced in a formal communication to the media a few days earlier. According to official information Qlik's Board of Directors has approved the final take-over agreement and the deal is to be finalized during the third quarter of 2016.
