SoftOne Technologies expanded its company portfolio by acquiring Unisoft SA. With the finalization of the deal, SoftOne became the biggest business software provider in Greece and one of the leaders in the whole region.
The customer base of Unisoft, built in a period over 30 years, exceeds 22,000 software installations. The software company has more than 300 partners and an annual turnover of over 7 million euro. Balkan Services joined the network of partners of Unisoft in 2006. Ever since, the company has been successful in the integration of Atlantis ERP Financials in bank institutions and Atlantis ERP in medium-sized and large organizations in the food industry, manufacturing, trade, distribution, metallurgy, etc. on the territory of Bulgaria and Romania.
SoftOne is one of the most dynamic suppliers of cloud software solutions in Europe. Since its foundation in 2002 to this day, the technological company has gained over 18,000 customers on a few international markets. After the finalization of the acquisition transaction, the network of partners exceeds over 600 partners. Balkan Services has been an official partner of SoftOne Technologies since 2018, as it currently works actively on a few projects for the integration of Soft1 ERP in Bulgaria.
The merge of both Greek companies has significantly increased the customer base, the network of partners, and the market share of SoftOne in Europe.
