Balkan Services will participate in the free seminar "Introduction to BI and CRM" on December 16, 2016 (Friday). The event will be held in Software University (Sofia, Tintyava str. 15-17, 2nd floor), Inspiration Hall, starting at 19:00 pm.
The goal of the seminar is to present Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - the benefits that they provide to the business and the many perspectives for realization of young professionals. Lecturers on the seminar are representatives of ERP Academy, as well as members of Balkan Services’ team. The topic "What is a BI?" will be presented by Nikolay Milenkov, Head of Sales Department in Balkan Services.
