The third edition of the specialized CRM training “Managing relationships with clients”, organized by Balkan Services, took place on 18 March. The course consisted of two main modules. During the first one, representatives from different business sectors got acquainted with the functionalities of the software solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM and shared their experience in building successful sales teams and managing the sales process. The second module of the course focused on practical training and work with the system. All participants received a certificate for successful completion of the CRM course.
