The project covers the customer’s offices in Bulgaria, USA, Turkey, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Russia and Dubai, and includes full integration with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Communication Server (MOCS), as well as the business trade and tourist platforms of the company ORAK R5 and ORAK R6.
The number of users working with the application is currently 50 and with an upward trend. The project implementation is internal to the company, and Orak Engineering relies on the experience and professionalism of Balkan Services as its major partner and consultant in the field of CRM solutions. The project in Orak Engineering is among the few such large-scale implementations of CRM systems in Bulgarian companies.
The system covers the entire management of the company - a holding structure with headquarters in Plovdiv (branches in 6 cities in Bulgaria) and offices in USA, Turkey, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Dubai and Russia. The system supports the specific marketing, sales and service processes of the company and the connection between them. It maintains the possibility of different price lists by locations and countries, discounts and clients for each division. Special attention is paid to all access levels and specific work possibilities in various branches of the company (the central office can operate with data of the other branches, but not vice versa). Companies, partners of Orak Engineering, have their own account for work in the system and data processing, which contributes to the timely filing of critical business information.
