Balkan Services is approved as an ICT service provider for optimizing management, production and logistics processes under the “Voucher scheme, providing information and communication technologies (ICT services) to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as part of the Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness”. The aim of the project is to encourage the digitalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises and the implementation of new ICT-based business models, which will contribute to the SMEs development in Bulgaria. The SME grant program was officially launched on 31 August 2020.

More than 450 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses will receive grants in the form of vouchers from the Bulgarian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA).  The amount of the vouchers is up to BGN 20,000 each (Excluding VAT) and companies with a staff of up to 250 people can benefit from them. Applicants may be manufacturing companies (without restrictions on the type of manufacturing activity), as well as companies in the “Publishing”, “Radio and television”, “Telecommunications”, “Information technology activities”, “Information services” and “Research and development activity” sectors.  

Our company is approved as an ICT service provider for “Vouchers type 2, group 2: ICT Services for optimizing management, production and logistics processes”. In compliance with the program, Balkan Services may provide services for implementation, integration, refinement and optimization of complete ERP and BI systems, financial consolidation and planning software or individual modules from them.
