Balkan Services implemented in Walmark the first mobile CRM (Customers Relationship Management) solution for use with Microsoft Dynamics CRM on mobile phones. The product of Balkan Services is the first such application adapted to work with the new intuitive touch-screen interface for mobile phones. It adds to the traditional functions of the CRM systems, the ability of employees to work on the go, allowing them to access the database with customer information from anywhere and check about their previous and new orders. Sales representatives can now accept orders while on-site with customers, or on a business trip, seminar, conference, or simply in a traffic jam on the way to the office.
The project was completed in late December and the team of Walmark has started to use the new system from 1 January 2011. It includes the implementation of the system Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in combination with the mobile CRM solution. Balkan Services is certified Microsoft partner with experience of several successfully completed projects for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This allows the company to expand its competencies to offer to clients its own product for mobile access to the CRM system.
The mobile solution is suitable for all companies in the field of trade and services, which have branched distribution networks and mobile teams. It is fully integrated with the CRM system of Microsoft and with other popular office products such as MS Outlook, MS Office, etc.
