The BULGARIAN YOGA ASSOCIATION is an organization with objectives of advancing yoga in Bulgaria, by reaching a large number of people, regardless of their age, gender, nationality, religion and social status, thus contributing to their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development.
To more effectively manage customer and trainee relationships, the association has introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365. The project has been aimed at creating and managing the client database, as well as structuring the processes, the ultimate goal being to create customer (visitor) database, information supporting the development of the Association.
